Description

Amla is used in Ayurveda as a cardiotonic, aphrodisiac, antipyretic, antidiabetic, cerebral and gastrointestinal tonic. It is also used as a laxative, eyewash, appetite stimulant, restorative tonic, and as an antioxidant and anti-aging product.
