Each 5 tsp + 1/2 tsp (17.3 g) contains:
Beta Hydroxy Butyrate (from calcium and magnesium salts) 11.7 g
Calcium (from Beta Hydroxy Butyrate) 1140 mg
Magnesium (from Beta Hydroxy Butyrate) 680 mg
Lemon Berry Flavour (natural lemon and strawberry flavours, beet root, larch, malic acid, stevia )

Description

This formula combines two kinds exogenous ketone salts, calcium and magnesium. Ketosis is the metabolic state where your body burns fat (instead of carbohydrates) for a cleaner burning energy.

Dose

1 serving (17.3 g) 1-3x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Type 1 diabetes. Not recommended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consume with plenty of liquid and ensure sufficient electrolyte consumption. If GI distress occurs, back off and restart with smaller servings.
