Description

Lactium® is a patented milk protein hydrolysate that contains a bioactive decapeptide with soothing properties. It effectively combats the stress response, blunt elevations of cortisol, and relieves anxiety. It does not induce any side effects like addiction, tolerance, memory loss, or sedation. It can decrease the amount of time it takes to fall asleep, improve sleep efficiency, and increase daytime wakefulness.

1 serving (1 capsule) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Generally well tolerated. Lactium® may potentiate anti-depressant or anti-anxiety mediations. The major allergenic compounds in milk are proteins. Lactium® is a hydrolysate. The hydrolysates are known to be less allergenic than entire proteins. Furthermore, Lactium® is lactose free (lactose < 0.5%). Contains milk.
