Calcium (Hydroxyapatite) 200 mg
Calcium (Citrate) 175 mg
Magnesium (Glycinate) 175 mg
Magnesium (Citrate) 75 mg
Vitamin C (from Magnesium Ascorbate) 25 mg
Horsetail (7% silica) 357 mg (providing 25mg silica)
Zinc (Citrate) 5 mg
Boron (Citrate) 2 mg
Manganese (Sulfate) 1.5 mg
Copper (Citrate) 0.5 mg
Vitamin K2 (MK7) 22.5 mcg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) 500 IU

Description

This formula has been designed to support optimal bone health. This blend provides optimal amounts of bone building nutrients and cofactors. It is indicated for conditions such as osteoporosis, osteopenia, or for the prevention of these conditions.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in hypercalcemia and those with calcium-containing kidney stones. Caution in pregnancy. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
