Each capsule contains:
L-Tyrosine 200 mg
Guggul (2.5% guggulsterones) 100 mg
Coleus Forskohlii (10% forskohlin) 75 mg
Rhodiola 3% 50 mg
Ashwagandha Somnifera (1.5% withanolides) 50 mg
Bacopa (45% bacopin) 25 mg
Zinc (Citrate) 2.5 mg
Copper (Citrate) 250 mcg
Iodine (Potassium Iodide) 50 mcg
Selenium (L-Selenomethionine) 25 mcg

Description

Proper thyroid function is essential for the overall healthy function of the nervous, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular systems. This formula contains precursors to a healthy thyroid, as well as herbs and minerals shown to increase conversion of T4 to T3.

Dose

1 serving (1 capsule) 2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in pregnancy, lactation, MAOIs, and Wilson's Disease. Caution in liver disease, IBS, diarrhea, cardiovascular disease, bleeding disorders, hyperkalemia and preoperatively. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions exist. Major interaction with estrogens.
