microcrystalline cellulose

Description

Valerian is an excellent nervine, and is used for insomnia, nervousness, “nervous” stomach and restlessness. Valerian promotes restful sleep and helps the body relax. It is often prescribed for anxiety and pain.

Dose

1 serving (1 capsule) 1x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in pregnancy. Generally well tolerated. Possibility of daytime drowsiness, headache, insomnia or excitability. Drug interactions exist.
