Malic Acid 600 mg
Magnesium (Glycinate) 300 mg
5-Hydroxytryptophan 50 mg
microcrystalline cellulose

Description

This is available in both powder and capsules, and contains 5-HTP in place of ribose. This formula targets cellular energy production as well as serotonin production, which is critical for those suffering from fibromyalgia as low levels of serotonin make one more sensitive to pain.

Dose

1 serving (3 capsules) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety
