Indications

Ferrum phosphoricum should always be considered as a supplementary remedy in first-aid situations. It is an oxygen carrier and it oxygenates all tissues of the body and is important in acute situations such as congestion, inflammatory pain, high temperature, hemorrhagia, and open wounds (apply powder).

Ferrum phosphoricum is also used in diarrhea, dysmenorrhea, enuresis, vertigo, abscesses, watering of the eyes, conjunctivitis, cystitis, angina, gingivitis, contusions, bruises, muscular injuries and trauma.

S4 can be used in chronic situations such as shortness of breath, asthma, anemia (S4 helps in the formation of hemoglobin) and chronic inflammatory /conditions (e.g. colitis).

Description

ROLE: Catalytic.

MEMORY KEY: Inflammation remover.

INDICATIONS:
Acute localised inflammation and infections causing heat and pain. 1st stage of inflammation and infection. Pallor, tiredness, and weakness in chronic conditions. Hypochromic, iron-deficiency' style='text-decoration: none'>microcytic anemia.

USES:
1. Inflammation, before the onset of other symptoms; fever below 39oC.
2. Bruises, contusions, dislocations, nose bleed in children; passive hemorrhaging.
3. Growth and pregnancy - difficulties absorbing iron; female childbearing years.
4. Iron deficiency anemia, pallor, fatigue.
5. Low resistance to infection.
6. Loss of muscle tension causing relaxation of vascular musculature leading to vascular insufficiency, phlebitis.
7. Exudate: mucous membranes dry, irritated, inflamed before discharges begin.

200 tablets (20 g)
3X, 6X, 12X

Dose

SUGGESTED DOSAGE FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS:

0 to 1 year* 1 tablet
1 to 5 years* 2 tablets
6 to 11 years 3 tablets
12 years and older 4 tablets
*For children under 5 years of age, dissolve tablet in water.

• ACUTE CASES (3X or 6X):
In general, administer every 15 minutes, half-hour, hourly, or in 2 hour intervals, as required, depending on the intensity of the symptoms.

• SUBACUTE CASES (6X):
3 to 4 times a day for a relatively extended period of time.

• CHRONIC CASES (6X and/or 12X):
6X - 2 to 3 times a day for an extended period of time.

12X - once a day, up to 7 times a week, for an extended period of time.

• INFANTS:
1 tablet at a time, dissolved in some warm spring water.

More than one salt can be taken concurrently; use in alternation.

Schuessler salt tablets should be allowed to dissolve under the tongue
