Mode of action Increased vitality and immune resistance is obtained from the effectiveness of the following remedies:
Acidum nitricum: Heart palpitations produced by the slightest excitement; exhaustion; irritability and peevishness, worse in the morning; dyspnea.
Acidum phosphoricum: General exhaustion, especially of the nervous system, after overexertion, illness, or grief; depression, apathy. Heaviness and numbness of the limbs; vertigo.
Calcium iodatum: Increases the viscosity of blood. Functions to activate the thyroid together with Ferrum iodatum and Sulphur iodatum.
Sulfur iodatum: Similar to the remedy Sulphur in its action, a key remedy in those cases where principal or well indicated remedies do not produce the desired reaction. Sulphur iodatum may cure cases that were unyielding to previous therapy (ie. increases the organism's reactivity), or may be used to complement a principal remedy; it enables the organism to renew or transform bodily fluids. Old, suppressed symptoms may reappear temporarily, but this is a consequence of the process, ultimately leading to a final cure.

Adults and children ≥ 12 years 5-10 drops, children (6-11 years) 3-7 drops, children (1-5 years) 1-3 drops, all age groups 1-3 times daily in a little water or undiluted or as directed by a health care practitioner.
R26 may be used for 6-8 days to aid in determining the patient's symptoms. After this time a more specific specialty may be indicated, depending on the new symptomology.
Administer R26 once daily in addition to other complexes only: 5-10 drops in some water. If there is no response upon administration continue at a frequency of 5-10 drops in some water 2-3 times daily, for a few days. The previously administered remedy or a new one (depending on the new symptomatology) will be indicated, after Sulphur iodatum has brought about the desired effect, and has given some clarity and direction to the symptom picture.
