Indications

Calcarea fluorica is found in the surface of the bones and in the enamel of the tooth. It is also a constituent of the elastic fibers and of the epidermis. Elastic fibers are found in the skin, in the connective and muscular tissues, and in the vascular walls.

It is recommended in cases of rough and deficient tooth enamel, bone diseases, cavities, exostosis, lack of elasticity of tendons and ligaments and in frequent dislocations of joints along with sprains.

S1 will put elasticity back in the vascular walls in cases of venous stasis, hemorrhoids and varicose veins. Use it also in uterine and vaginal prolapsus (add salt to bath water), cracking of the skin, callosity, fibrous tumors and coughs provoked by tickling in the throat.

Description

ROLE: Structural, catalytic.

MEMORY KEY: Tissue strengthener.

INDICATIONS:
Conditions arising from a loss of integrity and strength of connective tissue. Weaknesses of bone, enamel, ligaments, tendons. All prolapsed tissue, nodes and nodules.

USES:
1. Lack of elasticity of connective tissue:
• in vascular tissue - varicose veins, hemmorhage.
• in muscular wall - hernia, diverticulitis, fistula, hiatus hernia.
• relaxation of suspension ligaments, leading to ptosis.
• in articulations - intervertebral disc, prolapse and herniation; bursitis, synovitis.
• in epithelial tissue - fissures, cracks in skin, keratosis.
2. Connective tissue change involving chondrocytic, osteoblastic or osteoclastic activity - osteoporosis, rickets, rheumatoid arthritis, osteomalacia.
3. Glandular disorders - indurated lymphatic glands, F.B.D., cystic or calcified nodules in connective tissue.
4. Exudate: hard, lumpy, indurated, greenish.

Dose

SUGGESTED DOSAGE FOR CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS:

0 to 1 year* 1 tablet
1 to 5 years* 2 tablets
6 to 11 years 3 tablets
12 years and older 4 tablets
*For children under 5 years of age, dissolve tablet in water.

• ACUTE CASES (3X or 6X):
In general, administer every 15 minutes, half-hour, hourly, or in 2 hour intervals, as required, depending on the intensity of the symptoms.

• SUBACUTE CASES (6X):
3 to 4 times a day for a relatively extended period of time.

• CHRONIC CASES (6X and/or 12X):
6X - 2 to 3 times a day for an extended period of time.

12X - once a day, up to 7 times a week, for an extended period of time.

• INFANTS:
1 tablet at a time, dissolved in some warm spring water.

More than one salt can be taken concurrently; use in alternation.

Schuessler salt tablets should be allowed to dissolve under the tongue
