-alpha tocopherol from non-GMO sunflower oil. It provides an antioxidant for the maintenance of good health without the concern of soy-based ingredients.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that is not made by the body and must be consumed through dietary sources as a factor in the maintenance of good health. As one of the body’s primary antioxidants, vitamin E is particularly important in tissues that contain high levels of polyunsaturated fatty acids. This essential nutrient has both structural and functional roles in the body and works in complement to vitamins A and C. Individuals with increased exposure to free radicals, such as athletes with intense physical training or people with regular pollution or ultraviolet light exposure, may have elevated vitamin E requirements.

Sunflower Vitamin E provides 400 IU of vitamin E with each small, easy-to-swallow softgel.
