Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) : 50 mg
Iron (ferrous fumarate) : 35 mg
Manganese (gluconate) : 2 mg
Folate (folic acid) : 0.1 mg
Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) : 10 mcg

Desiccated Liver Powder 200 mg, Dextrose, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Description

Iron is a trace mineral found in hemoglobin and myoglobin, proteins present in red blood cells that carry oxygen, producing energy and removing waste carbon dioxide. Iron is also needed for the function of enzymes involved in energy production. Poor iron status adversely effects overall health by reducing the energy available for essential metabolic processes.

Vitamin B12 aids folic acid in regulation of the formation of red blood cells, and helps in the utilization of iron. It is also required for the proper digestion and absorption of foods, and in the metabolism of carbohydrates and fats. It aids in cell formation and cellular longevity.

Folic acid (folate) is needed for energy production and the formation of red blood cells. It is very important in pregnancy and helps regulate embryonic and fetal nerve cell formation, which is vital for normal development. Folate before conception and in early pregnancy may prevent the vast majority of neural tube defects.

Natural Factors Iron Factors with B12 and Folic Acid helps in the formation and proper function of red blood cells, as well as in the prevention of iron deficiency anemia.
