Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) (lanolin) : 400 IU (10 mcg)

Xylitol, natural strawberry flavour, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), natural colour (red carrot).

However, many experts now recommend supplemental vitamin D for children of all ages as many are at risk of low vitamin D status due to a lack of sun exposure. Vitamin D is vital for the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, and helps support the nervous system, and immune function. Vitamin D3 is the natural form needed by the human body and is much more effective at raising active D3 levels than vitamin D2. Chewable vitamins provide a higher potency per dose than gummies, and can satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. Sweetened with xylitol, a child-friendly sweetener that is gentle on tooth enamel.
