Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) : 100 mg

Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant), croscarmellose sodium.

Description

Thiamine is one of the B complex vitamins and is known as vitamin B1. It is a water-soluble vitamin and is necessary for normal growth and the maintenance of health as it functions as a coenzyme in energy metabolism and in the metabolism of carbohydrates and branched chain amino acids.

Vitamin B1 also assists the body with the production of genetic materials DNA and RNA, and plays an important role in neurotransmitter synthesis. It is vital for the maintenance of the heart and nervous system and for the formation and maintenance of red blood cells.
