Chia seeds are an excellent source of wholefood nutrition. Natural Factors Organic ChiaFactors provides the highest quality certified organic chia seeds from the plant Salvia hispanica. One serving contains 2.5 g of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, 2 g of plant protein, and 5 g of dietary fibre, as well as 100 mg of calcium, 1.25 mg of iron, and 50 mg of magnesium.

ChiaFactors blends certified organic, non-GMO, gluten-free, black and white chia seeds that are independently verified as clean and safe by ISURA®. Chia seeds contain all essential amino acids and are a complete source of plant protein. They are also high in soluble fibre and add volume and texture to hot and cold cereal, yogurt, soups, sauces, and smoothies. ChiaFactors has a pleasant, nutty flavour.
