Description

Stress-Relax 100% Natural GABA is a naturally sourced form of the brain compound gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA). It works to help temporarily promote relaxation without causing drowsiness. GABA also helps support some memory aspects of cognitive function (e.g., delayed recall and visual-spatial ability) in older adults.

Unlike synthetic GABA, our formula is made with PharmaGABA®, which is a naturally produced and easily absorbed form of this compound. Natural GABA is a non-protein amino acid produced by Lactobacillus, beneficial strains of lactic acid bacteria used in the making of kimchi (a traditional Korean vegetable dish).

Although everyday stress is a normal part of modern-day life, stress can become overwhelming for some people. Stress can lead to an assortment of symptoms, including nervous tension, sleep disturbances, and irritability. As we age, the body’s natural production of GABA tends to decline, which may contribute to increased feelings of restlessness and cognitive changes.
