Lipoic Acid (R+) 100 mg
L-Glutamine 270 mg

Description

Alpha lipoic acid (ALA) is the " universal antioxidant,” It is fat and water soluble, and is capable of regenerating several other antioxidants, including vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione, and coenzyme Q10. This form of lipoic acid is the stabilized R form, the natural and more biologically active form. 150 mg of this form is the equivalent to 600 mg of the racemic mixture.

1 serving (100 mg) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in diabetics. May worsen thiamine deficiency. Drug interactions may exist.
