Each 1/4 tsp (0.34 g) contains:
5-Hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) 100 mg
L-Tyrosine 233 mg

Description

5-HTP is derived from the griffonia plant. It increases brain serotonin levels that can lead to positive effects on well being, appetite control, sleep/wake/sleep cycles, pain control and inflammation.

Quantity

30 g

Dose

1 serving (100 mg) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid with other anti-depressants. Avoid in pregnancy. Side effects may include nausea, constipation, gas, drowsiness, or a decreased sex drive. Drug interactions may exist.
