Each 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp (5 g) contains:
Psyllium Husk 5000 mg

Description

Psyllium is a soluble fibre that helps nourish friendly bacteria in the intestines, promotes normal transit time, binds to toxic substances and heavy metals, and slows sugar release.

Quantity

400 g

Dose

1 serving (5000 mg) 1-2x daily with plenty of water or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Those known to be allergic/hypersensitive to psyllium should avoid this product. Generally well tolerated. May decrease the absorption of other supplements or medications.
