Chanca piedra is a South American herb traditionally used to eliminate gallbladder and kidney stones (active stones and as a preventative). It has antilithic, liver protective, tonic, diuretic, pain-relieving, hypotensive, antispasmodic, antiviral, anti-bacterial, antimutagenic and hypoglycemic activities.
