DMAE (Dimethylaminoethanol) 60 mg
5-HTP (5-Hydroxytryptophan) 33 mg
Rhodiola 3% 33 mg
Magnesium (from Magnesium Taurate) 20 mg
Zinc (Citrate) 6 mg
P5P (Pyridoxal-5'-Phosphate) 6 mg

Description

This formula was created with a main focus on improving neurotransmitter dysregulation in the treatment of depression. The primary ingredient, St. John’s Wort, is known to inhibit the reuptake of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine. This formula also contains the important combination of the cofactors P5P and magnesium taurate, to help in neurotransmitter regulation and to ease the tension or anxiety often associated with depression.

1 serving (1 capsule) 3x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in pregnancy and lactation, and in bipolar depression and epilepsy. Avoid with other anti-depressants. Drug interactions exist especially with Cytochrome P450.
