Para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) : 25 mg
Folic acid (folate) : 1 mg
Lipotropic factors:
Choline (bitartrate) : 25 mg

Microcrystalline cellulose, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose ], glycerin), croscarmellose sodium, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Description

B vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins that help enzymes react chemically with other substances and are involved in energy production and red blood cell formation. The B vitamins help the body metabolize carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. They also help with normal growth and development, and in tissue formation.

In times of physical and mental stress, the body uses up more nutrients, leading to deficiency and stress-related health problems. Nutritional support is needed for periods of stress, when the body isn’t able to adequately recover without the proper nutrients.

Natural Factors Stress B Formula contains a unique blend of B vitamins to help combat the negative effects of stress. Additional lipotrophic factors choline and inositol help the body metabolize foods and convert them to energy. This formula also contains 1000 mg of vitamin C for extra support, immune function enhancement, and antioxidant support.

Vitamin C is a powerful vitamin with infection-fighting properties, playing a large role in immune system function. Vitamin C is crucial for the formation of collagen, making this vitamin very important for wound repair, healthy gums, strong bones and teeth, and in the prevention of bruising.
