Description

OmegaFactors Ultimate 3 6 9 combines high-quality fish, flax, and borage oils, providing a balanced ratio of omega-3, -6, and -9 fatty acids to support overall health. Omega-3 and omega-6 are essential fatty acids. Together with omega-9 fatty acids, they play critical roles in cognitive health, brain function, and cardiovascular health. However, many people do not consume them in a healthy balance.

The oil from cold-water fish is a direct and usable source of the omega-3s eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). These healthy fats help form the structure of all cell membranes and have important roles in the brain, eyes, nerves, and cardiovascular system.

Flaxseed is a wonderful source of omega-3 alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), and borage oil is rich in omega-6 gamma-linolenic acid (GLA).
