Ingredients

Each tablet contains:
Vitamin B3 (nicotinic acid) : 500 mg

Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, croscarmellose sodium, stearic acid, vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Description

Vitamin B3 is also known as niacin and is a member of the water-soluble B complex family of vitamins. A factor in good health, niacin has many uses within the body such as assistance with the breakdown and utilization of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. It also plays an important role in supporting cardiovascular health.

Niacin is effective in improving circulation and has a positive effect on cholesterol levels in the blood. It also offers support for the cardiovascular system by having a positive effect on cholesterol levels by reducing LDL and triglycerides, while raising levels of HDL – the good cholesterol. It is vital for the proper activity of the nervous system, and for the formation and maintenance of healthy skin, tongue, and digestive system tissues.
