The primary action of this formula, by taking both sterols and sterolins, is to help balance the cells of the immune system to strengthen an under-active immune system and, at the same time, turn off an overactive immune system. By enhancing only the function of the TH-1 cells and not the TH-2 helper cells, phytosterols/sterolins may provide that crucial balance.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients per 1 capsule:
Phytosterols... 40 mg
Phytosterolins... 0.5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell).

Description

Helper cells are divided into two types, Type TH-1 and Type TH- 2. These cells must remain in a delicate balance at all times for the body to remain healthy. TH-1 cells control the TH-2 (Type 2 Helper) cells, which can over stimulate B-cell activity. Too many B-cells (or antibodies) can cause an autoimmune reaction. Uncontrolled over-activity of B-cells is thought to be responsible for debilitating or chronic autoimmune disorders such as:
· Rheumatoid Arthritis
· Lupus
· Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
· Myasthenia Gravis (MG)
· Asthma
· Allergies
· Recent research has concentrated on immune system stabilization in AIDS patients.

Phyto-Immun is indicated for the above conditions as well as for the treatment of:
· Gastric ulcers
· High cholesterol
· Benign prostate hypertrophy (BPH)
· Chronic inflammation.

Research has shown that a mixture of sterols and sterolins in a ratio of at least 100:1 is more effective than either sterol alone. The sterol component of this formula is sourced from non-GMO soy and the sterolin content is derived from pine bark.

Dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Potential side effects/Safety

Individuals who have had organ transplants, or are on immunosuppressants should not take Phyto-Immun. Do not use if security seal is broken.
