Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is an antioxidant that is naturally present in the human
body with the highest concentrations found in the heart, kidneys, liver and
muscles. It can also be found in small amounts in meat, fish, nuts and vegetables.
As an antioxidant, CoQ10 helps protect cells against free radical damage and
reduce oxidative damage to the body. CoQ10 is involved in making adenosine
triphosphate (ATP), which provides cells with energy to carry out functions in the
body. Other benefits of CoQ10 include reducing the frequency of migraines; and
providing support to cognitive/brain health, cardiovascular health and kidney
health.

Adults: Take 2 capsules, twice per day with food or as
directed by your health care practitioner.
Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant,
breastfeeding; have kidney/liver diseases and/or a seizure disorder; taking blood
