Zizyphus Spinosa 2% 100 mg
Theanine 100 mg
Magnesium (Taurate) 50 mg
Melatonin 1 mg

Description

This formula helps support better sleep and it includes a few ingredients known for their relaxing effect on the nervous system as well as melatonin to support natural circadian rhythms. The zizyphus is known to help with sleep, especially when sleep is disturbed by dreams or nightmares.

Dose

1 serving (1 capsule) 30 min before bedtime or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in pregnancy and lactation. Caution in individuals with depression or seasonal affective disorder. Some people may experience vivid dreams or nightmares when they take melatonin. Drug interactions may exist.
