Description

Diatomaceous earth is a natural product made up of fossilized remains of tiny, aquatic organisms called diatoms. These cells as well as the dried sediment produced from these fossils are very high in silica. Silica helps eliminate heavy metals from the body. It is also essential for maintenance of hair, skin and nails. It promotes collagen which plays a role in keeping skin elastic and healthy.

Dose

1 serving (1-2 capsules ) 2-6x daily or as directed. Some say to take DE 10 days on and 10 days off for 90 days to effectively and safely detox. Others recommend daily use for a few weeks at a time, stopping and starting again throughout the year.
