Adults ( ≥ 18 years): 2 capsules 3 times per day. Take with food a few hours before or after if you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper. Take for 5 to 7 consecutive days. Consult a health care practitioner if use extends beyond 3 weeks.
Clinical experience: Preventive use: 1 to 3 capsules/ day. Reported infection: 3 x 3 capsules for 2 days followed by 3 x 2 capsules for 3 days.
