Used in aromatherapy to help relieve cold and flu symptoms such as nasal congestion and cough. Provides soothing vapours that help to temporarily relieve mild nasal congestion and cough associated with the common cold.
Eucalyptus globulus (Eucalyptus essential oil) (leaf) 4%, Mentha arvensis (Cornmint essential oil) (twig flowering) 2.5%, Pinus sylvestris (Scotch pine essential oil) (needle) 2%, Thymus satureioides (Moroccan thyme) (herb top flowering) 1%. Non-medicinal ingredients: Water, butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, prunus armeniaca (apricot) kernel oil, cetearyl alcohol, cetostearyl alcohol, cetearyl glucoside, glycerin, tribehenin, glyceryl tribehenate, glyceryl behenate, cera alba, sorbitan caprylate, propanediol, benzoic acid, wintergreen oil, xanthan gum, inulin lauryl carbamate, trehalose, sodium benzoate, tocopherols concentrate - mixed (low alpha type), lactic acid.
This respiratory balm is a comforting balm containing 100% organic essential oils of Eucalyptus, Pine, Mint and Thyme recognized for maintaining the immune system and normal respiratory health. Its application provides a soothing and warming effect.

Adults ( ≥ 18 years): Apply 1 application thinly and evenly to the chest and thorax up to 3 times per day. For occasional use only. For use beyond seven (7) days, consult a health care practitioner. External use only. Do not use on the face or near the nose or mouth. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.
Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. If symptoms persist or worsen, reoccur or are accompanied by a fever, rash or persistent headache, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Avoid exposure of applied area to the sun. If you have heart disease or are taking anticoagulant medications, consult your health care practitioner prior to use. Contraindications: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. If you have broken, irritated, or sensitive skin, do not use this product. If allergic to the family of Lamiaceae (mint, basil, thyme), do not use this product. Known adverse reactions: If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.
