Indications

Traditionally used to aid digestion and relieve digestive discomfort like bloating and flatulence (carminative).

Ingredients

Per capsule: Mentha x piperita (Peppermint essential oil) (leaf) 15 mg, Elettaria cardamomum (Cardamom essential oil) (seed) 10 mg, Carum carvi (Caraway essential oil) (fruit) 10 mg. Non-medicinal ingredients: Canola oil, gelatin, glycerin, lemon peel essential oil, tocopherols.

Description

• Before or after heavy meals: Supports and prepares the digestive system + aerophagia + intestinal flatulence
• Nausea, difficult digestion, intestinal bloating
• Travel sickness, seasickness, air sickness ...
• Stimulates the gallbladder as well as the production of bile
• Regulates gastric pH in case of acidity and acid reflux

Dose

Dosage: Adults ( ≥ 18 years): 1 capsule 1 to 3 times per day. Keep away from sources of heat and light.

Clinical experience:
Difficulty digesting after a heavy meal: 3 to 5 capsules during the 24 hours following the meal. Chronic gastrointestinal problems or insufficiency: 1 to 2 capsules per day for 20 days and repeat as needed allowing for a 10 day break between treatments.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have gallstones, if you have anemia, if you have hiatus hernia or gastroesophageal reflux, or if you are experiencing acute abdominal pain. Contra-indications: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Apiaceae/Carrot family. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Known adverse reactions: Some people may experience gastroesophageal reflux. Hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
