Used in aromatherapy as a nervine and calmative to help promote relaxation.

Ingredients

Citrus sinensis (Sweet orange essential oil) (fruit peel) 4.37%, Citrus aurantium (Petitgrain essential oil) (leaf) 1.90%, Lavandula x intermedia (Lavandin essential oil) (herb top flowering) 1.61%, Citrus bergamia (Bergamot essential oil) (fruit peel) 0.62%, Citrus reticulata (Mandarin orange) (fruit peel) 0.62%, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender essential oil) (herb top flowering) 0.33%, Chamaemelum nobile (Roman chamomile essential oil) (herb top flowering) 0.05%. Non-medicinal ingredients: Alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, denatonium benzoate.

Description

AROMANOCTIS SLEEP SPRAY is used at bedtime to achieve full relaxation and a restful sleep. Sprayed in the air or on textiles, the essential oils of Petitgrain, Mandarin and Roman chamomile are deemed to facilitate sleep, relaxation and prevent night time awakenings as well as negative thoughts.

Dose

Adults ( ≥ 18 years): Spray for 3-4 seconds at 20 cm away on bed sheet directly under the pillow or on a handkerchief and place near the pillow once daily 15 minutes prior to bedtime. Not for oral use. For occasional use only. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with vegetable oil. Store at room temperature.

Potential side effects/Safety

Keep out of reach of children. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you have epilepsy or asthma, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Contraindications: If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, do not use this product. Known adverse reactions: If you experience nausea, dizziness, headache or an allergic reaction, discontinue use.
