Black Cohosh (2.5% triterpene glycosides) 40 mg
microcrystalline cellulose

Description

Black cohosh contains phytoestrogens. It is primarily used for hot flashes but it can also improve night sweats, insomnia, nervousness, irritability, migraine headache, mood changes, sleep changes, sweating, fast heartbeat and vaginal dryness. It is also beneficial for the bones, and beneficial in certain hormone-sensitive cancers.

1 serving (1 capsule) daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Avoid in pregnancy, lactation, hormone-sensitive cancers and liver disease. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
