Each 1/8 tsp (0.3 g) contains:
Elderberry (10% anthocyanins) 300 mg

Description

Elderberry is rich in bioflavonoids and anthocyanins. It is very effective in viral infections, including HIV and herpes. It is used for infections, influenza, coughs, bronchitis and other respiratory complaints.

Quantity

30 g

Dose

1 serving (300 mg) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in autoimmune diseases. Avoid in pregnancy. Generally well tolerated. Drug interactions may exist.
