Description

Raspberry is an astringent herb due to tannins, and tones the uterus and pelvic muscles during pregnancy. It also dries up excess secretions so is beneficial in diarrhea and excessive menstrual flow.

Dose

1 serving (320 mg) 1-2x daily or as directed.

Potential side effects/Safety

Caution in pregnancy. Raspberry leaf may cause nausea. Drug interactions exist.
