Indications

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a sleep aid (in cases of restlessness or insomnia due to mental stress) and also to help relieve digestive disturbances such as dyspepsia.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Lemon Balm top (Melissa officinalis) 250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol

Description

Lemon Balm is used for promoting digestion and stimulating the appetite, as well as for Graves' disease and functional gastrointestinal disorders with distention and gas. It is also effective as a mild tranquilizer and as an antispasmodic. In addition, Lemon Balm is useful in the treatment of viral infections such as herpes.

Quantity

Available in bottle sizes of 50ml, 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml, 3650ml

Dose

Adults and adolescents ≥ 13 years: Take 1.6-3.2 ml (48-96 drops) 1-3 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
