Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a nutritive tonic and as a galactagogue/lactagogue to help promote milk production/secretion; also as a supportive therapy for the promotion of healthy glucose levels.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol

Description

Fenugreek has many uses, most notably in traditional medicine as a galactogogue, to aid in milk production for nursing mothers. Recently is has also been recognized as a tonic for both female and male hormonal systems and as a blood sugar regulator in diabetes.

Quantity

Available in bottle sizes of 50ml, 100ml, 250ml, 500ml, 1000ml, 3650ml

Dose

Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 4 times daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
