Used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress (eg; in cases of mental and physical fatigue related to stress), as hepatoprotective agent and to help support liver functions of the liver. Used in TCM to calm insomnia, relieve night sweats, irritability, cough (chronic, dry, asthmatic), diarrhea and frequent urination.
Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) fruit 1:3, 400 mg /1.2 ml.
Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol, water.
Actions: Insomnia, menopause, night time perspiration, adaptogenic (stress resistance), tonic, neuro-protective, sedative, liver and cardio protective, dry, chronic cough, asthma, allergies, astringent, regulates secretions.

Adults: 36 drops in a little water 3 to 4 times daily.
Cautions: If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner. If you are breastfeeding, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Do not use in case of syndromes external or internal attacks Fullness-Heat. Avoid in the first stage of the syndromes of external attacks with cough and rash.
Contraindications: Do not use during pregnancy and in cases of epilepsy.
Known adverse reactions: May cause acid indigestion, gastrointestinal disorders, and urticaria.
Drugs interaction: Use cautiously with pentobarbital and barbital; may potentiate the action. Antagonism of the stimulating effect of the central nervous system, caffeine and amphetamines. Use with caution with anticoagulants.
