Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a tonic for the respiratory system and as an expectorant to help to relieve cough and minor respiratory ailments, also traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as a diuretic.
Elecampane (Inula helenium) fresh organic roots 1:2 500 mg/ml. Non-medicinal ingredients: 50% organic ethyl alcohol, water.
Actions: Tones respiratory system, immune stimulant, antiseptic, antifungal, antibacterial, vermifuge, expectorant.

Dosage: Adults: 30 drops in a little water 2-3 times daily.
Duration of use: (diuretic) for occasional use only.
Cautions and warnings: Do not use if you are pregnancy and breastfeeding. The Elecampane may cause allergic reactions to people sensitive to plants of the Asteraceae family. Consult a health care practitioner is symptoms persist or worsen. If symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, spasms occur, stop using this product and consult a health care practitioner.
Note: Excessive dosage: confusion, nausea, vertigo, burning of the eyes, dryness of the mouth and throat with progression if nothing is done.
