MediHerb® Withania Forte contains 10 mg of withanolides from Withania root extract per tablet.

Withania’s use in Ayurveda as a ‘rasayana’ or rejuvenative tonic, dates back thousands of years. Classified as an ‘adaptogen ’, it helps to ease the mental and physical fatigue related to everyday stress by supporting the body’s natural resistance to stress.

Description

Withania Forte contains a standardized extract of Withania somnifera. Each tablet contains NLT 10 mg of withanolides from a 10:1 extract of the root. Indications - Used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress. - Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a sleep aid and to balance aggravated Vata (nervine). - Traditionally used in Ayurveda for memory enhancement.
