Description

BladderSense contains a water-soluble pumpkin seed extract that provides supportive therapy for bladder irritation. Pumpkin seeds have a long history of therapeutic use for helping to alleviate bladder conditions in women. They provide a natural way to aid an overactive bladder, assist with nighttime urinary control, and relieve urinary problems in those who have weakened bladder muscles – a result of aging, pregnancy, childbirth, excess weight gain, and hormonal changes during menopause. This patented formula is made from the water-soluble fraction of pumpkin seed, making it more soluble, and potentially more absorbable. In Herbal Medicine, pumpkin seed is used to address bladder control by supporting stronger pelvic floor muscles and helping allow the bladder to relax. The extract has also been shown to bind to androgen receptors on pelvic muscle cells, thus inducing a strengthening effect.
