Recommended Dose: Adults and Adolescents (13 years and older): Take one tablet and allow it to dissolve on the tongue. Acute Dosing: Take one tablet at the first sign of symptoms. If symptoms persist, take one tablet two or three times during the day. General Dosing: Take one tablet in the morning and in the evening for two to three days or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
