1 or 2 capsules 3 times daily, or more as needed, taken between meals (at least 1/2 hour before or 2 hours after).

Potential side effects/Safety

( With Iron & Iron free): There is 1/200 of the protease as found in M7+. While this amount is very low, some individuals with GI inflammation, may experience exacerbation of GI symptoms. This product has a child-proof cap as there is enough iron in the entire bottle, if swallowed in total, to seriously harm a child.
