Jigsaw Health Mag SRT (B-Free) combines the highly absorbable form of magnesium, dimagnesium malate from Albion, with their proprietary Sustained Release Technology (SRT), without the B-vitamins. SRT slows down the release of magnesium to spread it out over eight hours.
